Got some awesome sleep last night and it translated into a good long gym session this morning! Got my run in, faster and a little longer than normal! Did a chest and Hammie session, the deadlifts were killer because I am still sore from the other day! I am loving this fitness track and groove I find myself in! Hope y'all have a wonderful memorial weekend! And I just checked and he is 15….
